Berrys comprehensive range of forecourt equipment extends from pump stands, offset fill and vent frames, vapour recovery and overfill prevention equipment to pollution control, monitoring wells, manhole covers, signs and labels.

Pollution Control
Separators
Full retention separators available in 1 to 3 compartment configurations for forecourt applications, car wash, jet wash etc.
Oil Alarm Systems
These are available to meet PPG3 Guidelines. A visual and audible warning is provided by the control unit. A dedicated tube is provided within the separator.
Separators Class 1
Class I & II Enviroceptors for forecourt applications. Designed to comply with European Standard EN858 and Pollution Precaution PPG3, specifically to contain a spillage from a 7600 litre road tanker compartment.
Silt Traps
Available for car wash and jet wash applications. Hinged heavy duty grill is provided.

Fibrelite
Composite Covers
Fibrelite tank access covers are designed and manufactured specifically for use on petrol and diesel forecourts to provide easy acess to manholes and to comply with current health and safety demands.
Chamber Systems
Fibrelite has developed a series of chamber systems that can provide the most practical and cost effective interface between the storage tank and manhole cover. This is achieved through a combination of chamber types and sizes together with variations of extensions, corbels, seals and composite covers.

8”, 12” or 18” with optional galvanised or polyethylene skirt. Water tight lid, with buna seal, incorporates cast-in identification triangle.

Berry’s Security Cover Stops Fuel Theft
Following a recent spate of fuel thefts at petrol filling storage tanks, Berrys was approached to come up with a suitable deterrent. Berrys already supplies its unique MONO chamber system to most of the majors and it was a simple procedure to incorporate a locking cover to the existing chambers.
The Berry’s security cover is of a lightweight steel construction that is installed beneath the existing tank chamber cover. It is secured to the chamber by means of a set of fixings that cannot be accessed without the cover being removed. The unit is locked with short shanked security padlocks and these are positioned so that they cannot be accessed by cutting tools. The unit has a powder coated finish, with a number of inspection panels that allow for easy visual inspection of the chamber without having to actually remove the unit.
The unit has been trialled by a major supermarket group and is now specified as a standard on new builds and a retro fit program to existing sites has also been approved. Other supermarket groups and oil companies are also in the process of trialling this product.
The Berry’s security cover has been designed to fit other chamber system to include Fibrelite, TCI and brick type chambers. In the case of brick chambers either a brief site visit or supplied dimensions would be required.
